About Jennifer Metz, RN, PHN

Hi, I’m Jennifer Metz, a Bachelor’s-prepared Registered Nurse and certified Public Health Nurse. With over eight years as an aesthetic and wellness injection specialist, I have served in leading med spas across Orange County and helped establish clinics focused on integrative and holistic care.

My own journey through health challenges—overcoming mold toxicity and Lyme disease—has been a profound influence on my approach to patient care. These experiences inspired me to develop Navy Jane Aesthetics and Wellness, LLC, a concierge mobile and in-home wellness service that goes beyond skin-deep aesthetics to address the full spectrum of physical, emotional, and mental wellness.

In partnership with my Medical Director, a highly respected integrative medicine doctor with extensive research in Lyme disease and mold toxicity, we bring a unique, inside-out approach to wellness. At Navy Jane, whether in my private home clinic or through mobile visits, you’ll find personalized care that makes you feel truly valued, heard, and supported.

My goal is to be more than a provider; I strive to be a partner and cheerleader in your wellness journey. Whether you’re new to aesthetic treatments, working on weight loss, or simply prioritizing self-care, you can expect to leave feeling refreshed, empowered, and genuinely cared for.

The name Navy Jane holds profound meaning for me. Two years ago, I experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby through miscarriage. In the midst of the pain, my family and I decided to honor her by giving her a name—Navy Jane.

The name symbolizes her presence in our lives, even though she never got the chance to live in this world. Each of my other children has a middle name starting with “J,” a tradition rooted in my own first initial. Giving her the middle name “Jane” felt like a way to include her in this cherished connection and bring her peace.

Beyond that, Navy Jane has become a part of me—an alter ego of sorts. It represents strength, resilience, and a deeply personal reminder to live with purpose and grace, even in the face of life’s challenges.

This name not only honors her memory but also embodies the heart and soul of my med spa. It’s a place where beauty and wellness meet, inspired by the belief that healing and self-love can help us navigate even the most difficult moments.
